✨ What does it mean to be a marketing girly?
To me, being part of a powerful community of women who uplift and celebrate one another. It’s special because you’re surrounded by like-minded women who understand your journey and are always ready to offer advice, support, or a helping hand as you work toward your career goals.
✨ How do you feel the accelerator helped you land your current job?
The accelerator gave me the opportunity to work on multiple projects and showcase them in a portfolio that reflected my aesthetic. I was able to share that portfolio with recruiters and confidently speak about my experiences in the course. More than anything, the accelerator highlighted my initiative and drive, qualities that played a big role in helping me land my job. Being able to show someone that you dedicated time to a course to expand your skills demonstrates that you’re hardworking and eager to learn. It was the perfect example of that mindset.
