✨ What’s your favorite career resource or hack?
LinkedIn! I’ve pushed myself out of my comfort zone by reaching out to women in roles I aspire to and setting up coffee chats. I’ve already had three, and they’ve been such an incredible way to learn how to get there while building genuine connections. A nice way to build a community of women who inspire and empower each other.

✨ What’s been the hardest part of your job search?
Rejection can be a little... unmotivating and draining. You tailor your resume, write cover letters, spend hours applying, and then hear nothing back. But I remind myself: I might get 50 or 100 no’s before I land a yes. It's kind of like those memes of the person looking for gold, but they turned back before reaching it. I'm still going until I hit that jackpot!

✨ What career advice are you currently ignoring?
“The market is SO saturated.” Sure, but there is room for everybody! If you get an interview, go with confidence! Know that they need you as much as you need them. You have so much to offer, so confidence is key!🔑
