How do you balance your love for marketing with your project manager career?
Something I love about project management is that you can always get involved in several areas of a company, and each project is different from each other. I try to manage just marketing projects so that I can get more into the creative side (and the marketing team always have more fun!)
What is your best advice to keep a good work-life balance?
I am very strict in terms of schedule. When I am working, I will be 100% into that, and the same goes for my personal life. I love having fun classes in my free time so that helps me to respect my personal space too.
