✨ What is the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I used to feel the need to prove myself, struggling with imposter syndrome. I learned that if you work with the mindset of imposter syndrome, that’s exactly how you’ll perform. Know your value, and trust that you already have the capabilities to do what you set your mind to. You’re more capable than you think you are, take the jump and start the thing you’re scared of.
✨ Who’s your marketing crush? (brand, person, campaign)
I once saw a Polaroid billboard with photos on it that said, “Why are you standing here staring at this when you can take the photo yourself?” I love that it pulls you in and connects so naturally to the product’s purpose. I’m also obsessed with Dior perfume advertisements, they’re so descriptive and sensory that you can almost smell the ad. It’s not about selling the product; it’s about creating the vibe and the aesthetic. It feels like a living moodboard, and that’s what I love most - marketing that builds a feeling, not just a sale.
