What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Even if I’m in a job I love, I never stop networking. I always encourage young marketers to reach out to people at brands they admire, just schedule coffee chats! Most people are genuinely happy to hop on a call and share their experiences.

  What’s a marketing trend you’re loving?
I’m really loving the rise of UGC in the fashion space. One of my favorite recent moments was an Aerie campaign where we featured five amazing women from different departments, shot right outside our corporate office. It felt so personal and real. That kind of storytelling really resonates with people.

Any tips for standing out in interviews?
Prep is definitely important, but don’t overdo it. I always try to make interviews feel like a conversation, not a test. I also recommend stacking up on certifications, even the free ones, and walking in with confidence. Some of the best feedback I’ve received in interviews is that I was clearly prepared, but also easy to talk to.
